Aural keeps three things apart on purpose: what you practice, what you pay, and what the website serves. This page explains the boundary by mechanism, not by badge.

Recordings, transcripts, coaching prose, raw prompts, session metrics, scenario titles, recording behavior, audio-derived values, file paths, filenames, and anything you author during practice are written and read on device. Recognition runs on Apple's on-device speech frameworks. Coaching is written on device with Apple's on-device models.
Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store. RevenueCat checks anonymous entitlement state to confirm whether a pass or plan is active. It does not receive your email, login, a custom app user ID, customer attributes, practice or session data, transcript or coaching data, or recording behavior.
No third-party crash reporting SDK is active today; Sentry and similar are deferred. MetricKit may receive Apple-native coarse diagnostics. Apple Organizer, App Store Connect, and TestFlight may surface release, crash, metrics, and tester feedback. Foundation Models diagnostics may include availability, readiness, timeout, validator, and fallback categories.
None of these receive your practice content, session metrics, recording behavior, file paths, filenames, audio-derived values, scenario titles, or calendar content.
meetaural.com is registered through Cloudflare and hosted on Vercel. They receive the ordinary web requests needed to serve and protect the site. The website does not receive your practice content.
iCloud Backup is controlled by your Apple ID settings and may include the app's sandbox unless backup exclusion is configured and verified. That choice lives in iOS, with your Apple ID, not on this website.
No account to create. No cloud sync for practice content. No email capture. No waitlist. These absences are deliberate, and they carry part of the boundary.
