These terms cover how Aural is licensed and sold. They are meant to be readable alongside the formal agreements they reference, not to replace them.

Aural uses Apple's Standard EULA for the app license.
Your use of Aural is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, applied to every app downloaded from the App Store unless a custom agreement is presented. By downloading and using Aural, you agree to those terms along with the points described here.
The first practice loop is free. A seven-day practice pass begins after your second insight. After the pass, you can choose $7.99 per month, $49.99 per year, or a $129.99 one-time lifetime license. The lifetime license does not renew. Payment is handled by the App Store, and purchase state is checked with RevenueCat using an anonymous entitlement, with no email or login attached.
The $89.99 founders price is available for the first 30 days after official launch.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel anytime in the App Store from your iPhone settings. Prices may vary by region and may change over time; the App Store purchase sheet shows the final localized price. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
Aural is a practice tool for speaking. It is not speech therapy, accent correction, medical advice, an accessibility aid, or a replacement for a human coach. Coaching notes are suggestions for your next take, not a clinical assessment or a guarantee of any outcome.
Record your own voice and your own practice content. Do not use Aural to capture other people without their knowledge, to break the law, or to interfere with the app's normal operation. Practice content stays on your iPhone, so the responsibility for what you record and keep stays with you.
As Aural grows, these terms may change. Material changes will be noted here with an updated date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
